Erika has over ten years of experience working with clients with eating disorders at the partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and currently at the outpatient level of care. Erika received a Bachelor of Science in both Dietetics and Nutrition & Fitness from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Rosalind Franklin University.
Erika is dedicated to helping each person find their individual path toward recovery. Her goal is to provide quality nutrition therapy in a safe environment to help each individual develop a healthy relationship with food and their body. Her experience includes work with clients from diverse backgrounds and beliefs, as well as working with LGBTQ identities. Erika believes working collaboratively with each client's team is imperative in the recovery process. In addition to eating disorder treatment, Erika is also experienced in providing nutrition therapy for diabetes, osteoporosis, celiac disease, and other nutrition-related health conditions. Erika believes that trust, empathy, and humor are extremely important qualities in a relationship, and she focuses on these in her interactions with each client.
